    Collective Members do not need to rent by the hour, but would need to rent by the day if conference room is needed for an entire day.

    All Event Rentals include:

    • Complimentary 30 minute buffer time periods at the beginning and end of the rental period for set up and tear down

    • Complete use of our space, furniture, kitchen, and bathroom

    Includes complete privacy and full use of our space, furniture, kitchen, bathroom, and all of our natural light.

  • $1500 | Available Friday - Sunday, Starting at 7am — Early entry fee will be applied if access is needed prior to 7am.

    Includes:

    • Five hours

    • Up to 10 people (vendors not included)

    • Access to drop off personal items the day before — Pending availability

    • Makeup table and chairs

    • Sonos sound system

    • Coffee, water, sparkling water, orange juice, and Prosecco — Additional requests can be accommodated for an added fee

    • ‘Done-for-you’ brunch buffet with platters of veggies, fruit, choice of pinwheels or mini sandwiches, muffin/bagel/croissants

    • No limitations on hair and makeup vendors

    • Dress/veil steaming provided for bride and bridesmaids — One dress per person

    • Bridal Concierge present throughout your time in our space. Service includes transport of group’s personal items to one location of your choice within 10 miles

      Example: Your Bridal Concierge will run your bags back to your hotel for you so you can jump on your transportation without having extra items

    • Additional hand to take iPhone photos/videos for you of your group before your photo/video team arrives

    • Aesthetic location to get ready with a lot of natural light for great photography
